Managed by Roos Demol, Citadel is comprised of artistic talents including Norbert Nkengurutse from Burundi on guitar, Esmeraldo Tavares from Angola as a vocalist and djembe player, Gloria Zulu from South Africa on vocals and djembe, Neo Gilson and Nesizwe Murutare from South Africa on vocals, Omex Chimpeni from Malawi on percussion, Yvan Kana from Burundi on guitar, bass, and keyboard, and Davie Namunde from Malawi on bass guitar.
